Couples use the directory to find wedding professionals — we're not a party to any transaction between you. We use daily pro-rated refunds if you cancel a paid membership. Welcome to PA Wedding Guide. By accessing or using this website, located at paweddingguide.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, couples browsing vendor listings, and paid vendor members. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
PA Wedding Guide reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
PA Wedding Guide is a Pennsylvania-focused wedding vendor directory connecting engaged couples with local wedding professionals. The Site provides vendor listings, resources, and tools to help couples plan their wedding in Pennsylvania. PA Wedding Guide is operated by its founder and owner.
The Site serves three types of users:
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
PA Wedding Guide offers paid vendor memberships at the following annual rates:
Promotional pricing, including Founding Member discounts, may be offered from time to time and is subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. All promotional pricing is applied at checkout and requires a valid promotional code where applicable.
Membership fees are billed annually and paid in full at the start of each billing cycle. By purchasing a membership, you authorize PA Wedding Guide to charge your payment method on file for the applicable annual fee. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
PA Wedding Guide offers refunds on a daily pro-rated basis. If you cancel your membership at any point during your annual term, you are entitled to a refund calculated based on the number of unused days remaining in your current billing cycle. The per-day value is calculated by dividing your annual membership fee by 365.
To cancel your membership, contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect upon confirmation from PA Wedding Guide. Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
PA Wedding Guide reserves the right to terminate a vendor membership at any time for violation of these Terms. In the event that PA Wedding Guide initiates termination without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the membership term.
Paid vendor members submit and manage their own listing content through the PA Wedding Guide vendor dashboard. This includes but is not limited to business descriptions, photos, logos, pricing, service areas, specialties, and contact information (collectively, "Vendor Content").
You are solely responsible for all Vendor Content you upload, submit, or publish through your account. By submitting Vendor Content, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting Vendor Content, you grant PA Wedding Guide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your Vendor Content in connection with operating and marketing the Site and its services. This includes use in marketing materials, social media, email campaigns, and partner channels.
This license remains in effect for as long as your content is live on the Site and terminates when you remove your content or your membership ends, except for any content that has been incorporated into archival, marketing, or promotional materials prior to removal.
You agree not to submit Vendor Content that:
PA Wedding Guide reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or modify any Vendor Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is otherwise inappropriate, without notice or liability to you.
Couples and consumers may browse vendor listings, submit inquiries to vendors, and use other available Site features. By submitting an inquiry or contact form through the Site, you understand and agree that:
PA Wedding Guide is a directory and marketing platform. We do not vet, endorse, or make representations about the vendors listed on the Site beyond the information provided in their listings.
All content on the Site that is owned or produced by PA Wedding Guide — including but not limited to the PA Wedding Guide name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of PA Wedding Guide and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any PA Wedding Guide-owned content without prior written permission. Vendor Content remains the property of the respective vendor, subject to the license granted in Section 5.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about visitors, couples, and vendor members. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. PA Wedding Guide does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PA WEDDING GUIDE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR ANY VENDOR LISTINGS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PA WEDDING GUIDE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PA WEDDING GUIDE, ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON VENDOR LISTINGS, ANY TRANSACTION OR DISPUTE WITH A VENDOR, OR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR ANY FEATURE THEREOF.
In the event that liability is established under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of PA Wedding Guide to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PA Wedding Guide in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PA Wedding Guide and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) any content you submit; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
PA Wedding Guide reserves the right to investigate potential violations of these Terms and to take any action we deem appropriate in response, including suspending or terminating your account, removing your content, and pursuing available legal remedies. We reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief and to recover damages in connection with any violation of these Terms, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. You agree to bring any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Site within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or such claim is permanently barred.
PA Wedding Guide may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your vendor membership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to the refund provisions in Section 4. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your listing will be removed from the Site and your account access will be revoked.
Sections 5 (license granted prior to removal), 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
