When do you host rentals?
GG&H hosts private rentals for weddings on Saturdays between June and Oct. 31.
What amenities are included?
GG&H is considered a raw space venue and includes: large event tent, event barn, restroom trailer, use of gardens for ceremony/reception, pop-up tents, round and rectangle tables, white folding chairs, and white barn curtains.
What packages do you offer?
We do not host any exclusive offers or packages with any vendors in order to best suit our clients' abilities to host the wedding of their dreams. Our pricing includes the basic amenities we provide -- the rest is up to you! The prices listed in our Grounds Rental Agreement are flat fees and you will not see any additional charges outside of added time to your preparation time and incidentals.
Who are your preferred vendors?
While we certainly see many vendors on a repeat basis, we do not have any exclusive vendors. You're welcome to bring whomever you need to in order to make your wedding day perfect. Our prices do not reflect any vendor services such as bar, food, linens, and decorating.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have two open parking lots that are free of charge.
How many hours are included in our booking?
Your reservation includes one hour of rehearsal time the Friday before your rental and 9am to 11pm the day of your celebration.
Do we need to get insurance?
You're more than welcome to get insurance, however because we don't handle any food, alcohol, or decor it is not required.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes, our Gardens and facilities are fully ADA-compliant. We have additional services to assist those who have trouble transporting themselves across the grounds as well as accessible parking near ceremony and reception locations.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes. We do, however, require it to be tended by a RAMP-certified server or bartender.
