Wildflower Package: Partial Planning/Coordination

- Review of vendor contracts and timelines

- Design and décor consultation to ensure a cohesive look

- Custom wedding day timeline and master logistics plan

- One final venue walkthrough

- Vendor confirmations and coordination

- Up to 14 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day

- Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

- On-site lead coordinator and assistant on the wedding day

- Seating arrangement assistance, cake cutting/distribution, bus tables, empty trash, etc.

Vendor is not responsible for unforeseeable circumstances such as Natural Disasters, an Act of Government such as a Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or other incidents not within the control of the Vendor (accident, death in the family, illness, or sudden tragic circumstance). In such a situation, Vendor will obtain, upon approval of the client(s), a qualified professional replacement to fulfill Vendor’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the client.

Coordination focuses on bringing all of your plans together and managing the details leading up to and on your wedding day. Planning includes more hands-on assistance throughout the planning process, including vendor recommendations, timeline creation/customization, design guidance, and ongoing support.

No! While weddings are our specialty, we also assist with bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and other special occasions.

The sooner, the better! Full and Partial Planning clients benefit most from booking early in the planning process, while Coordination services are ideal for couples who have planned most details but want professional support leading up to and on their wedding day.

Yes! We proudly serve Northwestern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.

Yes! We offer a variety of décor rentals exclusively for our booked clients.

Yes, we carry professional liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to venues when required.

A signed contract and retainer are required to reserve your date. Flexible payment plans are available, and we do not accept personal checks.
