In the event of extreme illness (I’d literally need to be hospitalized), a replacement would be offered. However, if a couple does not approve of the replacement, a FULL REFUND will be given. You’re hiring ME and its important you get exactly what you envisioned!
Yes! However, I require that you book a photography package. Video and photo-booth are add-on options. I strive to keep the video and photo-booth side of things affordable for my couples! I did not have a videographer or photobooth for my wedding, and I REALLY wish I did. video add ons start as low as $1950, and photobooth as low as $700.
You will get a sneak peek of about 50 photos within 14 days of the wedding and the full gallery delivery within 90 days (it's in the contract). However, I'm often much quicker and deliver sneak peeks within a few days and full galleries within 45 days.
Every photo is hand edited and meticulously curated. I edit with your skin tone in mind, and strive for perfect skin color. However, all images get sent through a professional retouching app that removes minor imperfections and gets rid of dark shadows. BUT... I hate the plastic doll effect! Your skin texture will look like skin, but it will make your make-up artist's awesome work look even more awesome!
Yup, everything I do in my business is 100% on the up-and up! I have a $1 million general liability policy, but can increase it if your venue requires!
There is a 35% retainer due upon booking, and the rest is due 30 days in advance of the wedding date. I have an online customer management system that keeps track of all your payments and invoice. You can make partial payments whenever you'd like or even create an automatic payment plan on your terms! You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, debit, or even cash/check!
You can reschedule your wedding date once without any fee as long as it's not within 90 days of the wedding date (but there is a provision that natural disasters or extreme emergencies can be rescheduled within 90 days). If I'm hospitalized I WILL find you a replacement. However, if you do not approve of the replacement you will be refunded 100%.
