About
Cinematography has given me the creative outlet to tell stories that I always wanted growing up and my couples have given me amazing stories to tell. My main philosophy when it comes to Wedding Filmmaking is that it is not only about creating a video that tells the story of the wedding day, but it’s also about creating a film that tells the story of the couple. I carefully incorporate audio segments from the Ceremony and Toasts to bring back memories of how you met, your first date, or what your friends first thought when you started dating. In my experience, there are always so many touching things spoken throughout a wedding day. It's my job (and my joy) to preserve these words forever and use them to tell a cinematic story that will last a lifetime.
My filming style has been described as documentarian and pleasantly discrete. I want my Wedding Films to feel as organic and natural as possible. I may stage a few shots from time to time and I will work with the photographer as they are posing you for specific shots, but my films are defined by the fleeting moments in the midst of a very busy day.
