Welcome to Fresh Cake by Suzy! I’m a dessert person, literally. I’ve been baking since I was a little girl and have always had a sweet tooth.

Taste and flavor is paramount. My motto is: if it’s not the best thing I’ve ever tasted, I’m not serving it to my clients. I started designing cakes in 2017. It is a passion of mine and gives me a creative outlet. I find it very rewarding to get to know my clients, understand their personal style and event vibe and create a customized piece of edible art uniquely for them.

Along with cakes I make macaron/dessert towers, stuffed cookies, cupcakes, macaron favors, mini tarts, cream puffs, eclairs, pies and anything else you need to complete your dessert table.

I’m a one women show. Everything that comes out of my studio was made by me and only me. I don’t pawn anything off on other employees or interns.

All events are welcome: birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, Mother’s Day, Christmas, thanksgiving, girls night out, and of course my favorite: weddings

Pricing

My cakes are custom. Price depends on flavor, serving size, and design. But a typical range would be $7 - $15 per serving. A plain white cake with flowers provided by your florist would be on the low end. On the high end is fully customized flavors, and design with intricate details, hand piping, edible lace, premium flowers, gold leaf etc.
