Do we do multicultural weddings? Absolutely we are a diverse group of artists who are skilled to work with all cultures - all hair textures, skin tones and curl patterns!

Do you require masks? No, but our artist wear masks to protect you and them.

Do you have someone for draping? Yes we work along side an artist who does both draping and henna!

Can you stay throughout the wedding for touchups? Yes we charge an hourly rate, rates which depends on individual artists - email us for more information.

Are all you artists licensed? Yes all our artists are licensed cosmetologists.

Do you have insurance? Yes we do!

Is there a early morning fee before 7 am? Yes there is, it is a $50 fee for any time before 7am.

Will you work and communicate with photographers and coordinators? Yes we will, but we also need to have our own timeline to ensure that everyone is done on time. Feel free to give our information to your vendors and we will work with them on a schedule.

How long is an average trial? Anywhere from 2 hr-4hrs. We will work to make your vision a reality, and won't end the trial until you're absolutely in love with your look.

What separates you from other vendors? Our ongoing love for our industry, from constant education and training, to being able to handle any party size with no minimum or maximum. We offer on-location glam, where our team works around your wedding day schedule, along with tiered packages which gives you the ability to customize your package. Our (metaphorical) door is always open as well, and we provide open communication throughout the whole process. We also love bringing lipsticks and hair jewelry for your party to purchase the day of. These little touches separate us from the rest!

What do you offer for clients with thinner hair? We offer texture powder that enhances and thickens hair follicles, as well as a spray that fills in hair. We use this powder and tease the hair to create more volume.

Do you style wigs? Yes, of course!

Does your team handle all skin tones? Absolutely!!

Are you LGBTQ friendly? Absolutely!!

Are your beauty products vegan? For the most part, yes, our products are cruelty free. Some of our luxury products are not cruelty free, but we do everything we can to ensure our products are vegan and cruelty free.

What do I do if I have an allergy to makeup? We take allergies very seriously. Please let us know immediately so we can ensure none of our products will affect you or party members. Please ask your party if they have any allergies.

What do I need to secure my date? A 40% non-refundable non-transferable retainer and a signed contract!

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, once the 40% retainer is paid, the remaining 60% is divided into 2 payments: one 30% payment at the halfway point, and the final 30% payment 30 days prior to your wedding.

When is full payment due? 30 days prior to your wedding.

Do you accept all major credit cards? Yes, as well as Venmo and Zelle for convenience.

What should I bring to my trial? Anything you plan on wearing for your big day! Hair accessories, as well as your vail, hair jewelry, etc.

When should I schedule my trial? Trials are done Mon-Thurs, we typically recommend scheduling your trial 3-6 months before the wedding. But if you have a dress fitting, event, engagement photos, a bridal shower, etc. let us know, and we can work something out so you can utilize your trial at that time.

How much are services for Flower girls? $75+ for one service - for all ages under 10 years old.

Does makeup price include false lashes? We offer packages for both Brides and Bridal Party Members that include lashes, but if your package does not include lashes, we can add them on for $20. This includes the lashes themselves (high quality, with a variety of styles) and the installation.

Do you add gratuity? We do not, gratuity is up to you. It is not required, but greatly appreciated!

Do you have any awards? Yes, we've had the pleasure of receiving 5 awards for Couple's Choice, and many features in local magazines. 

Do you offer packages? Yes, we offer packages for both Brides and Bridal Party Members, as well as a package for events. Our packages provide a discount when purchased rather than selecting individual services and combining them.
