Our founder, Laura Clegg, has many fond memories of growing up in her mother's flower shop near Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. She later went on to create Perfect Pots, a container gardening specialty service adorning planters all over Lancaster and surrounding counties each season. When Nelson and Rose Rohrer offered her the opportunity to carry on their legacy at their fresh floral stands in Lancaster Central Market, Laura knew she could not pass it up, and Central Market Flowers was born!
Central Market Flowers began as two Market stands and a tiny flower shop on 5 West King Street, but the team had bigger dreams of spreading happiness with flowers. We launched this website in 2020, and its success has allowed us to expand into a larger floral design studio, making large-scale wedding and event offerings possible! Central Market Flowers on Queen, at 258 North Queen Street in Lancaster.
