We have a total of 3 camera bodies in the instance that one would malfunction and we can swap to the other camera body. For heavy rain and snow, we have all wheel drive and as long as the event is still happening, we will be arriving to perform photography services. If one of the photographers falls ill, we have several reputable replacements that can substitute for the 2nd photographer. In the off chance that both photographers are ill, a reputable replacement will photograph the event.
Yes! All delivered images will be fully edited in the style you request. If no specific style is provided, Arcanum Lens will use our signature editing style. We do not provide raw or unedited images under any circumstances.
You’ll receive all deliverable images from your day except blurry images or duplicates. There’s no set limit on the number of photos included with any package; we believe in giving you everything worth keeping!
You can expect your full gallery within 12 weeks, though delivery may be quicker depending on the total number of images captured. We also provide sneak peeks within 1 week after the wedding, giving you an early look at the editing style and overall quality.
We do! Please let us know if your venue requires a certificate of liability along with the correct contact information and a copy of our COI will be sent over!
Yes! Our photographers have 3 camera bodies. It not only gives us an opportunity to capture more portraits with different lenses but also allows us to never miss a moment in the unfortunate circumstance if any of our equipment were to malfunction.
