I engaged with the owner of this company for my elopement. The agreement was for officiant services along with a photographer for up to 3 hours and a photo assistant who would serve as our second witness. Very little care or effort went into making us feel special but that wouldn’t have been enough to prompt a review. We got 2 hours of service before the owner was saying we were done, it felt strange since we paid for 3 hours. Our photos were delivered late both for the 48-hour preview and for the final gallery. The owner chose to share stories of circumstances that made her late with my items which made it seem like I would be unreasonable not to excuse the lateness. I was offered a few 4×6 or 5×7 prints as an apology for being late (which I can get prints in that size for free on Shutterfly so not much of an offer). However I was also told I’d receive a video and TikTok which I have still not received and it has been over 11 weeks since my wedding (contract promised it all in 6 weeks). I have tried to speak with the owner about this but after 7 texts and 2 emails she’s not answered in the last 2 weeks I felt I needed to warn others of the level of professionalism that can be expected. Absolutely not worth the amount I paid.
