Pricing is customized based on the amount of labor, equipment, and travel time (greater than 50 miles / 1 hour drive) needed. We never charge for consultations, setup, takedown, or any other planning & preparation. Dance floor lighting is included at no charge for all events with appropriate lighting conditions. The lower end of our price range is for shorter, indoor receptions, while the higher end is reserved for longer events with multiple sound systems, outdoor venues where we will provide our own covering, videography or photobooth add-ons, or exceedingly long (all-day) events.
